The city doesn't allow pets inside the park. Pet owners should clean-up after their pets, and if not, they should be reported to the city. It's sad the responsible ones like us, are not allowed to bring our pets in the park, when it should be the other way around. Malls on the other hand which are indoors, allow pets vs our park that's outdoor. I understand the policy and I respect it.. just didn't expect they penalize those who are responsible. Should penalize those who are not. PS. Took a picture of stray dogs in the park and nobody seems to care. I see them everyday. Sad

The best place to unwind and relax in the Heart of the City. The lt where the Rizal Park is situated was donated by the Limbaga Family.
