We were so disappointed with their "absolutely no brownout" posted on their Facebook page. We spent Holy Friday in Tanjay with family and decided to check in, hoping for a comfortable night’s rest. Unfortunately, we experienced a blackout, and we had to wait for the electricity to come back. Their generator wasn’t working, and there were no emergency lights in the room or even at the reception area.
I asked the staff to let me borrow a pamaypay, and I had to request an extra flashlight because my phone battery was running low unfortunately no extra flashlight available. My 1-year-old baby cried for a while because it was getting too hot inside the room.
