This is my 4th time staying at The Glamp (hello Ms. Shelly and Sir Byron!👋🏼 hehe), each time with different people in my life. The first time I went, I was with my friends for a bachelorette-themed party, I was the maid of honor and organizer. The staff REALLY went above and beyond to accommodate and provide to the best of their ability our requests. We had such a great experience the first time around that I decided to recommend The Glamp to our HR for our company outing. 100/100!! Third time I went with my husband for our anniversary, and I got so kilig with the romantic dinner setup that my husband arranged for us. Sobrang kilig ko I forgot to take a photo hahaha. Last time was right before Holy Week where my husband and I went back but this time with our kids naman. Such a kid friendly place!! Plenty of space for them to run around, may yard games (giant jenga and bucket pong are the best), and my kids had fun chasing after the stray chickens 😂
All four trips were consistent: GREAT service, good food, cold aircon, clean toilets and showers, glamping in every sense of the word. Medyo malayo lang yung beach, pero, once you’re checked in here you don’t really have to go out. Bonus na lang siya. It’s much better to just relax and hang out in the Glamp.
Would I go back a fifth time? I’m already...
Read moreSitio Liwliwa is a lesser known surfing spot in Luzon but surf culture is present, which invites inevitable comparisons to San Juan, La Union (also a great place to hang out). Lots to do here: you see day-trippers grilling food in those small affordable beachfront spaces, riding ATVs, and people playing volleyball and football on the beach. Its less cosmopolitan and more local than LU, so you're more likely to eat bopis at Mommy Phoebe's carinderia than BBQ bacon burgers at Mad Monkeys, although there is an excellent Mexican restaurant/bar that you must go to. The Glamp is probably the best place to stay in all of Liwliwa. Its a spacious campsite with large comfortable, airconditioned tents, with individual showers and toilets. City boys and girls will love being able to pretend that they are roughing it without actually sacrificing urban comforts. Our accommodations came with a free foot massage and a hearty breakfast. Everything of interest is walking distance from the Glamp. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and very hands on with operations. Couldn't...
Read moreA very unique experience! A bit on the pricier side but with all the "pakulo" included I think it was worth it! The food tasted OK(lutong bahay style). I like that every tent has their own toilet and bath assigned to them.
Pros: Air conditioned tents! Very clean comfort rooms They set-up dehumidifiers in the afternoon inside the tent Free breakfast Free bucket of beers(SanMig Light) Free S' mores kit *You can bring your pets as long as you abide by their rules.(They also have a pet named sky which roams around the property and keeps the place secured at night.Thank you sky!)
Cons: They can only be contacted thru their fb page Food is a little bit pricey A 5 mins. walk to the beach Limited parking space(I think it can only accommodate 1 car per tent) Cellular network is unstable
