Mieliśmy przyjęcie weselne w Pałacu Goetz i sam obiekt naprawdę robi ogromne wrażenie – zarówno my, jak i nasi goście byliśmy zachwyceni. Przepiękne wnętrza, niesamowity klimat i elegancja w każdym detalu. Pokoje gościnne są na bardzo wysokim poziomie, a standard obsługi w dniu ślubu był profesjonalny i adekwatny do rangi miejsca. Niestety, kilka dni przed weselem komunikacja z Pałacem znacząco się pogorszyła. Zamiast spokojnego domknięcia ustaleń, zostaliśmy postawieni pod presją wprowadzenia dużych zmian na ostatnią chwilę. To wywołało u nas ogromny stres, zupełnie niepotrzebny i naprawdę nie na miejscu tuż przed tak ważnym dniem. Chcielibyśmy też zaznaczyć, że jest to drogie miejsce, dlatego nasze oczekiwania względem profesjonalizmu i komunikacji były adekwatne do ceny. Podsumowując — miejsce wyjątkowe, wesele wyszło pięknie i goście byli zachwyceni, ale mamy nadzieję, że Pałac w przyszłości zadba o spokojniejszą i bardziej klarowną komunikację z Parami Młodymi na finiszu przygotowań.

We had our wedding reception at Pałac Goetz, and the venue itself is absolutely stunning – both we and our guests were truly impressed. The interiors are breathtaking, the atmosphere is elegant and unique, and the entire setting felt truly special. The guest rooms are of a very high standard, and the service on the wedding day itself was professional and in line with the prestige of the venue. Unfortunately, communication with the venue became quite difficult just a few days before the wedding. Instead of calmly finalizing details, we were suddenly put under pressure to make significant last-minute changes. This caused an incredible amount of stress, which was the last thing we needed so close to the big day. What we really needed at that time was reassurance and stability — not confusion and tension. And while everything turned out beautifully in the end, this is a rather expensive venue, so naturally, our expectations for professionalism and communication were high. Overall, the venue is beautiful and unforgettable, the wedding turned out wonderfully, and our guests were thrilled — but we truly hope the palace improves its communication with future couples during the final days leading up...

I recently experienced our first Polish wedding at this location. I'm lost for words at how beautiful the venue and grounds are. I'm from Scotland and I've been to many weddings, but none come close to how good this was. The Polish know how to throw a party! The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly, attending to our food and drink requirements all night. The interior in the main hall is stunning and our rooms were very nice too. My partner is also Scottish, but If we were to get married, I'd want a polish-themed wedding at...

Absolutely lovely venue! I stayed here during a wedding and the rooms were large and comfortable, and of course the palace itself was grand and lovely as well. There was also a lovely garden in the back!
