The scenery along the way was very beautiful, and the route was clearly marked. It takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes on foot to reach Czarny Staw under Rysy. On the way back, we took a horse carriage, which cost 70 PLN per person. There were six of us, and we rode carriage No. 41. Payment was cash only, and both Polish zloty and euros were accepted.
When we were paying, we took a bit longer because we didn’t have small bills, and the coachman kept making impatient gestures. I would still recommend this place to those who...

Also if you are parked on the actual parking lot (only 100spots) the ticket is checked with number plate camera. However if you are in the street (most likely since overly crowded), there's no check at all

Read moreThis lake I loved more than Morske 😅 Czarny staw - about 1hour walking up with amazing views, it's definitely worth every minute to get there. Lake is so blue, so clear, that you can hardly believe it's even real. The place is breathtaking! Once you get there, you just don't want to leave! So peaseful, but not quiet... Many tourists.. I don't even know what would be the best time to visit it... Early in the morning.....
