If you don‘t speak Polish and want to learn something about the mine, do not go!

They have a translated „app“, which is just a audio track. The track is supposed to match the guide. This did not work out at all, the guide was way faster than the audio file. I was always behind and when I asked for help, the answer was, that there is no time for this and the tour must go on. The cave is interesting but the tour sucks…

EDIT: My tour started at 12.15 and I arrived around 12.05. Since it was raining, a lot of people were waiting under the shelter. The guide arrived, I started the audio guide, which stated to pause until we are in the mine. I did this, but because there was also another group waiting. It took me some time to get to the entrance, because it was quite crowded and I could not understand the commands by the guide, since I do not speak polish. Same problem as above ;) In opposite to you, I want to give you a constructive advice: Make an app, where you can start each control point, instead of a 30-something long audio file, where it is virtually impossible to skip to the next...

W skrócie: szkoda kasy :(

50 zł to nieco za dużo za spacer po krótkim odcinku kopalni. Kilka podświetlonych ścian z minerałami, plakatów i eksponatów. Na sam koniec mała próbka rudy uranowej i pomiar miernikiem Geigera.

Za podobną cenę na Górnym Śląsku np w Kopalni Guido można popływać gondolą w sztolni, zjechać do podziemnego baru itp.

Problemem ogólnie jest stosunek CENY do tego co oferuje kopalnia.

Może dodam też, że mój tata jest osobą niepełnosprawną. Potrzebował więcej czasu by nadążyć za grupą, szedł nieco wolniej. Pani przewodnik nieoczekiwanie wstrzymała całą wycieczkę w oczekiwaniu na niego. Wydawałoby się to w porządku, gdyby nie fakt, że w momencie dołączenia do grupy nachalnie nakłania go “by wyszedł na środeczek”, powtarzała “cała grupa czeka nie Pana”, a później “to teraz będzie Pan szedł jako pierwszy”. Wyglądało to jak poganianie pierwszoklasisty przez nauczycielkę, albo kara. Mało poważne zachowanie ze strony Pani przewodnik, zwłaszcza, że sprawdzając bilety tata miał bilet zniżkowy za sprawą niepełnosprawności. Chyba że taką właśnie ceną jest wybranie biletu ulgowego? Podsumowując: spektakl był, Pani Przewodnik pomyliła rolę, a tata był skrępowany i czuł się nieswojo. W sumie samemu było mi głupio, bo sam zaciągnąłem go na...

Such great place to learn about the history of mining in Poland. I was glad to be a part of the trip inside the tourist areas of the mine. Just to think of how many people was involved in the process of mining over the years of uranium mining. So much possibility still in the caves but I think it's better left for history lessons.
