Park Wodny Koszalin — Attraction in Koszalin

The Koszalin Water Park is primarily a place of entertainment, sport and recreation. However, the key ingredient that connects all these elements is WATER. As the only water park in Poland, we provide crystal clear, healthy and safe water thanks to Daisy.

So who is Daisy? Daisy stands for Dryden Aqua Integrated Water Treatment System, which, thanks to the use of the latest technologies, provides a 100% guarantee of healthy water. An hour, two, three in the pool and we're still without burning red eyes? It is the Daisy system that, thanks to the use of a number of filters, allows the introduction of the lowest chlorine consumption, which makes it practically imperceptible and thus safe even for allergy sufferers. The lower the chlorine requirement, the lower the concentration of disinfection by-products in water and air.

So how is this possible? This is possible thanks to the Water Treatment System approach which is based on three key elements. First, as a consequence of the use of AFM, bacteria do not have a substrate on which to develop. Secondly, the medium for potential bacteria is removed by means of advanced flocculation, coagulation and filtration; thirdly, Dryden Aqua has developed, manufactured and applied a series of filters including the AFM Acticated Filter Material system, a revolutionary filter bed made of pure green glass that this filters out almost everything from the water, reducing the chlorine requirement to the lowest possible level. Generally big plus for facilities. It is clean, slides are fun, brilliant outside area fully open during summer months. Everyone will find something: rapid river, small children basins, swimming pools. But... The changing area is awkward, not enough space for families, lockers often doesn't work and not once I've open the doors just to find someones belongings inside. The slides although give fun don't give much thrill so if you want adrenaline rush you will be disappointed. As I visit frequently I can also see, or rather feel that the slides hurt your back more and more.

Unfortunately lifeguards are patronising and a bit like a higher caste in there. They prod you like a cattle and threaten to kick you out of the door. Whistle, wave and they talk to you as if you were something rather than someone.

Enter/exit counter - polite wording does't but nothing like friendly. Besides u can be rushed to exit or out of the building regardless if you have your shoes on or not, otherwise they keep the gates shut and pretend they can't see u struggling. You are late? you will pay dearly... What can be said? Welcome to Poland! Typical 'NO SMILE :)' customer service.

PS If you are foreigner don't expect any amenities. I can understand no speakers but at least some information should be given. Sadly must said poor...

Basen jak basen, dumna nazwa "Park wodny" to jednak dużo na wyrost, jest tu naprawdę wiele atrakcji ale albo nie działają albo są po za zasiegiem. Obiekt z zewnątrz imponuje rozmiarami, wewnątrz wrażenie to znika, wszędzie tłumy ludzi i ciężko się przemieszczać stojąc wszędzie w kolejce do "ciasnych gardeł" (bramek), na obiekt wchodzi się i wychodzi przez te same bramki przebieralni, wszystkie zajęte przez wchodzących bądź wychodzących. Wszędzie czekasz a licznik bije ! Było nam dane odwiedzić te miejsce tego roku w lipcu. (Zimno i deszczowo) Na basenie istne oblężenie. Nawet na parking nas nie wpuszczono, przekierowano nas na sąsiedni. Na basenie okazało się, że kolejka jest tak duża, że sięga aż za drzwi ! Po półgodzinnym staniu usłyszeliśmy komunikat: "Na basenie znajduje się maksymalna ilość osób "... Po dwóch godzinach ponowiliśmy próbę wejścia tym razem udało nam się wjechać na parking. Kolejka mniejsza, po dobrej godzinie stania udało nam się wejść. Ceny porażające za wejście na basen rekreacyjny + basen sportowy, bilet normalny za 1h=26 zł, za 2h=38, za 3=43 całodobowy 66zł. Bilet nie upoważnia do wejścia np. do strefy saun (dodatkowo płatna w/g cennka). Za to kupiliśmy bilety do "strefy saun" 1h=27zl, 3h=55zł i tu niespodzianka taki bilet upoważnia też do wejścia na basen sportowy i rekreacyjny ;) Z racji tłumów wszędzie tłok, do każdej atrakcji kolejka. Po wejściu na wieżę (chyba 4 lub 6 pietro)by zjechać z najwyższej zjeżdżalni okazało się, że jestem 17'ty w kolejce czyli będę czekał minimum 17 minut czyli ponad 1/4 mojego wykupionego czasu do jednej rury ! A co z innymi atrakcjami ? No właśnie, to samo, schodząc z góry na każdym piętrze widziałem równie długie kolejki ! Gdy chciałem sprawdzić ile czasu już jestem okazało się, że większość czujników do odczytywania czasu z transpondera nie działa ! Inny pokazał 60 min czyli mieliśmy jeszcze żekome 15min darmowe do wykorzystania. Po kolejnych perturbacjach udało nam się wyjść i tu zaskoczenie dopłata po 6,60 zł do każdego biletu bo przekroczyliśmy czas 0,66zł za każdą minutę ekstra ! Gdybym wiedział od razu kupił bym bilet 3 godzinny (na to samo wyszło) a może chociaż bym był bardziej zadowolony a nie wściekły, rozczarowany i zawiedziony. Czułem się po prostu oszukany ! Być może opłaca się gdy wchodzisz na bilet rodzinny z dziećmi, całodobowy ale dwie dorosłe osoby na bilet normalny...
