A truly nice, easily accessible place. Something you can visit on the way to Giewont or Sarnia Skala. A great opportunity to take some pretty or rather silly photos. Maybe just enjoy a nice view of the impressively tall waterfall and inhale the fresh, humid air from it. The shortest route to it is though the Stazyska valley along a river. The black trail is a wide path, good enough for baby wheels and such. After the Strazyska clearing continue straight along the yellow trail. This part was not as wide, had rocks and rocky stairs. I recommend visiting this place on the way to some other location or maybe to go here...
Read moreLovely spot. Not too long of a walk (under an hour)Great for kids. You can park right at the start do the trail, no problem. There are few shops and snack bars. It's 5zl/adult to get in to the Tatra National Pak.
Some people would push buggies up to the valley Strazynska. You need big wheels as it's not paved. We took a baby carrier for our 8months old. There is a coffee shop and a WC when you get to the valley. From the valley it's 10mins hike a stone path up to the waterfall (you won't be able to push a buggy all the way)
I recommend "Zabi Dwor" for dinner on your way back....
Read moreProm parking to the waterfall said 44min walk. We managed to do it on a slippery road to do it around 35 uphill and 25min downhill. In these conditions like in pictures I highly recommend waterproof shoes. My basketball shoes were dry up until the last 10 min, so good result! The bad thing is about the parking . Only a day ticket and a high 20PLN PER 1.5H WALK. My disappointment was that I paid another 20PLN just 30min before for another parking to go on a tram up and down. Overall a nice walk...
