Herdade das Servas — Attraction in Estremoz

Wow what an amazing experience! Ourselves and another couple took a tour of the vineyard and the processes including several wine tastings. We were tended to by Eduardo and it was wonderful! Eduardo was knowledgeable, friendly, and his attention to us was amazing. It was a truly memorable experience. Unfortunately we thought the restaurant was closed that day or we would have stayed for lunch on their amazing terrace but we will definitely be back for lunch! My review is for the restaurant here, not the rest of the winery experience. Lamb chops were perfectly cooked and flavoured, and the migas was quite tasty (though a little too oily). Friendly service, excellent wine and a decent view of the main driveway leading up to the main building, though I think the outdoor view would be better situated if they found a way for the tables to be overlooking...

Paolo gave us a world class explanation of the wine making process in general and as related to the Servas estate.
