O mosteiro é bonito mas encontrava-se encerrado , mesmo estando dentro do horário que supostamente estaria aberto ao público. Nada nem ninguém a quem perguntar informações nos arredores.

Stunning, huge stones and Romanesque arches and architraves. Note that you have to call by phone to be let inside the church - and not between 1 and 2 pm. We didnt know and walked the 2.5 km there from Castelo Rodrigo in the midday sun ... still beautiful, in a gaunt and imposing way, even from...

Hemos disfrutado de una semana completa en la hospedería del monasterio. Tranquilidad absoluta ya que esta a 3 km de Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo. Buenas carreteras para poder visitar de todo el entorno, y en especial del parque natural de Arribes del Duero/Douro Internacional. Excelente la atencion del personal y en especial de Nelson, quien ha estado atento y siempre dispuesto a hacernos agradable nuestra estancia. Magnífica zona de piscina para refrescarte después de un día de visitas y naturaleza en todo el entorno, silencio y golondrinas revoloteando. MUY recomendable si te gusta disfrutar de un ambiente...

Deu para mostrar a igreja por fora. Apesar de estar a porta aberta, de não termos pedido assistência. Foi nos negada a entrada de maneira bastante rude. Em outra tentativa de ver o interior, estava fechado, apesar de ser dia de semana, dentro do horário e ser época...
