Very beatifull natural beach. From sintra you can reach the beach with uber in 25 minutes. We payed around 15€. There is one restaurant. No life guards! The Ozean is quite ruff. If you enter the beach there is a spot on the left you can reach while there is the tide. But be careful, we got almost closed and couldnt go back, we needed to run and got pretty hit by waves. The bay looks amazing, but the water was coming back fast. So just be careful! But the „main“ side of the beach is incredible. There are sone surfers you can watch and only a handfull of people. If you want to swim or snorkel: not possible, the waves starts at 1 meter and goes up to 3 meter. But for a day trip and resting and sunbathing at the beach, it is perfect.

This beach is truly stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. There is parking available, making it convenient for visitors. A delightful café nearby serves delicious food, adding to the charm of the area. One of the unique features of this beach is the caves nestled within the cliffs, creating a magical setting perfect for photography or simply exploring. Watching the sunset here is an unforgettable experience, as the sky transforms into vibrant hues over the water. However, reaching the beach on weekends can be a challenge due to the narrow road and the difficulty of maneuvering around oncoming traffic. Despite this, it’s undoubtedly a must-visit destination for nature lovers and adventurers alike.

Praia da Adraga is a beach located in the municipality of Cascais, in the Lisbon Region of Portugal. It is a popular beach destination known for its natural beauty and tranquility. The beach is surrounded by cliffs and is protected by the Serra de Montejunto Natural Park. It features white sand, clear waters, and a calm and serene atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation. There are also several picnic areas and walking trails in the area for those who want to explore and enjoy the scenery. In addition to its natural beauty, Praia da Adraga is also known for its cultural and historical significance. The beach was a popular spot for artists and intellectuals in the early 20th century, and there are several monuments and landmarks in the area that reflect this cultural heritage. Overall, Praia da Adraga is a must-visit beach for those who are interested in nature, relaxation, and cultural heritage. A unique feeling. It's like being in some parallel universe. You can see a beautiful coastline, surfers, and climb some of the cliffs. If you have young children, don't let them get too close to the ocean. You can easily spend at least an hour, if not more, strolling and gazing at the ocean or the stunning geological formations. Highly recommended. There's also a lovely café for coffee or tea. If you enjoy seafood, I believe they are exquisite. The only downside is that the staff is quite unfriendly. Additionally, you can drive right up to the beach, which I consider a plus. If you're looking for quick and easy access, this is the ideal spot. Enjoy the drive to the very edge of the coast and immediately dive into exploration or relaxation...
