Beautiful place! If you're scared of heights close your eyes on the lift down like i did 😂 Beautiful sea, beautiful short walk through a fruit farm to get to it.

The shore isn't ideal for lying on as it's incredibly rocky, but there's a concrete pier with steps down to the ocean to carefully get it. Alternatively you can jump off a dive into the water like many of the other vistors were which felt safe with all the people around.

We went when it was a little busy, but everyone was polite, enjoying themselves and having a great time.

Zowel bereikbaar met de boot als met de kabelbaan. Ga je met de kabelbaan, dan moet je je bezoek goed plannen (bijv met een plan B) want parkeren kan behoorlijk lastig zijn. Mijn ervaring sinds 2018 is dat je beter op een werkdag in de ochtend kan komen. Dan heb je vaak ook nog in vakantieperiodes een parkeerplekje langs de weg. Let wel goed op dat je de toegang tot de bananenvelden niet blokkeert.

Belangrijke tips:

1. Wil je zwemmen, dan moet je goed het weer in de gaten houden. Er is geen toezicht (!) en je kan slechts op een paar plekken de pier opkomen (via trappen met behulp van touwen). 2) Lunch je laat (13:00+), dan is het verstandig om telefonisch een plek te reserveren. Je kan dan heerlijk lunchen aan de zeekant.
2. Wil je vanaf het strand het water in (niet aan te raden omdat er daar weinig sociale controle is), dan moet je rekeninghouden met een kiezelstrand.
3. Kom niet liftend of lopend met het plan dat iemand je gaat helpen. Je zal niet de eerste zijn die hier 's avonds alleen achterblijft.
4. In de winter sluit de kabelbaan een uur eerder om 18:00.
