Botânica Living — Hotel in Câmara de Lobos

We enjoyed a couple of days in the beautiful Botanica Living appartement acaia. The view from the big terrace is breathtaking. You can even enjoy the view from the bed. The appartement itself is very cosy and furnished with love! The little kitchen is equipped with all you need to feel comfortable. Once you get out of the door you are surrounded by a lush vegetation. The big pool with sea view is perfect for a refreshing dive once you get home from exploring the beautiful island. You can park you car directly in front of the house in a private parking lot which we appreciated. The host familiy is really caring and we even had the pleasure of enjoying a freshly baked sourdough bread delivered to our front door. What else could you aks for?:-) Highly recommended for a Madeira visit....Thank you Filipe!...

We had an absolutely lovely stay in the Acacia room in late April. The rooms and property were beautifully designed and we enjoyed lovely views from the room deck and from the pool area. The property is also well situated with easy access to Funchal but also has a more remote and peaceful feel. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful and provided lots of great tips for hikes and excursions on the island....

I had booked directly with them and one day before arrival they came back and asked for an extra "cleaning fee" to be paid before arrival, or they cancel the booking. I told them the cleaning fee was not mentioned anywhere when I made the booking, and they canceled my booking...
