I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent visit to Desert Falls Waterpark. My experience was far below the standard one would expect from a facility of this scale, and I feel it is important to bring these matters to your attention in the hope that necessary improvements will be made.

The issues began before I even entered the park. Upon arrival, guests are required to wait in a queue outside to provide their QID number to security before being allowed to access the parking area. This process is unnecessarily time-consuming and creates an unpleasant start to the visit.

After parking, all bags are scanned, which is understandable for safety reasons. However, I found the policy of confiscating personal items such as perfume or shampoo to be unreasonable, particularly for a waterpark. These items are only returned upon exit, leaving guests unable to properly shower after using the rides. This policy is highly inconvenient and does not take guest comfort into consideration. Because how is a person supposed to even shower without the toiletries?

Once inside the park, I was shocked by the poor water quality in several attractions. In the lazy river, I personally witnessed a piece of fecal matter floating in the water, along with bird feathers. The water was not only visibly dirty but also unusually warm, making it extremely unpleasant. In comparison, other waterparks maintain clean, cool, and refreshing water for their guests—something I expected here as well. This lack of basic hygiene was consistent across multiple rides.

The condition of the shower and changing facilities was equally unacceptable. No basic amenities such as soap or shampoo were provided, and the facilities themselves were poorly maintained.
