The best Italian restaurant in Qatar. Everytime we return to Hilton Salwa Beach Resort we will definitely dine here. During our first stay, it was still lock down, but food can still be delivered to the room. The mushroom tagliatelle was fantastic, and so was the polpo and bruchetta with anchovies and artichoke.

My son loves the pasta there. First time we ordered kids menu for him; but was smaller serving. After that, its always adult spaghetti bolognese for him. We also get a free tiramisu at the end of the day.

We managed to dine in finally when it reopened its door last week. Service was good. And the food was fantastic. We tried the squid ink pasta, bolognese and again polpo and tiramisu. Delicious!

The next night we tried to order from Dante for room service from 7 pm but no one was picking up the phone. We finally managed to get hold of them at 8.15 pm via whassap. And food was delivered at 9pm. My son insist of having the pasta for his birthday night dinner.

I cannot even begin to describe the experience that my family and I had at the Italian Restaurant at the Hilton Salwa hotel, Dente. First of all, the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant was impeccable. As we walked in, the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Not only that, the free bread and olives that they offered were so fresh, it was almost like taking a quick trip to Italy. But oh my god, the food!!! I can’t even. I had the Penne Pink Sauce pasta and even though the meal is a smaller portion, it doesn’t take away how rich it was, it was like a burst of flavor in my mouth. The balance between the tomato sauce and the Alfredo sauce was genuinely perfect, the pasta was so cheesy and so delightful, everything anyone would ever want.
