I did the so called first wall route, going on a narrow but easy path to the right, then overcoming an exposed portion and starting climbing (partially through some kind of chimney, but most part on an almost 90 degree steep wall). The artificial aids are scarce and the natural foot and handholds are also not great, so one would quite often need the upper body strength to pull up using the cable. You need to be in decent shape to do the whole thing but there are options for beginners too, so thats great. Rented equipment was light , functional and comfortable to wear.
