I was there in 1996 and again in 97 It was a state orphanage. We were there to bring gifts for the children. I was there working at another private children’s home. It closed in 2003 It was not a nice place It was like going back in time, like a movie! to where you couldn’t wrap your head around that this was a reality for these kids! They all had shaved heads and we could not be alone with any of the kids for our safety We did many other state orphanages.
