Don’t bother coming unless you are in a bus of 10 or more people. They will not run the lift if there are less than 10 people queuing. Even during the published opening times.

Even during the communist times it used to run during the published operating times for who ever came to pay.

We came two days in a row and offered to pay for 10 people even though we were just two. Still wouldn’t take us. Very dissatisfied.

Not a very sound business strategy either. Who wants to come here and be disappointed time after time. It doesn’t reflect well for the other local tourist...

Amazing experience with breathtaking views of the mountains and forest. The ride was smooth and relaxing, perfect for both tourists and locals. The staff were polite and helpful, and the queue moved quickly. Great for all ages, especially during winter or autumn when the scenery is spectacular. The top station offers great photo opportunities and fresh air — definitely worth the ride if you visit...
