We had one day ticket on Sunday (yesterday) - us & our daughter. Experience with pool was nice, especially the swimming pool, jacuzzi are too small, didn't catch any space all day and no soap in the showers. The main problem that we had which made us a very bad end of day was the fact that the cleaning ladies started to clean and throw up things before the closing time. We had 2 boxes with food for our daughter for the evening (from the restaurant because she was too excited about the pools and didn't est very well at lunch so we took it in a package). We kept them with us and when we went to our locker to change into our clothes, we put the package for 5 minutes on the locker (which still had things inside), changed and when we got back THE PACKAGE WAS GONE! We immediately announced ar the reception and at the Guardian, and then a cleaning lady came and told us they are throwing everything they find! 5 mins during the opening hours on a locker which still had things inside! It seems cleaning ladies we're too impatient to finish and go home and didn't bother to ask or look closer that this was well packed and full with food. As a consequence, my daughter was left without food because nobody bothered to help us in any way (find our food or to propose a solution perhaps to still give us something from the restaurant) and we were staying in a place which didn't have any restaurant and we didn't know the restaurants in the city very well. We left with our daughter crying and with a very bad feeling. It was our first time in this place and unfortunately the relatively nice experience became a...
Read moreMy experience was not great at all. There was an older lady wearing glasses at the reception along with a young lady, both so unprofessional.Once you pay they just dont say anything and had to ask myself where do I from here, they just stare at you awkwardly.I have also opted not to get a locker as I have put my stuff in my parents locker so i had an access card instead and i have left it in the changing room by mistake and then someone took it afterwards ( later handed it back to reception) however when i checked with reception ladies again to find out what do I do if i dont have my card they kept on saying very bluntly “ maybe you ll find it” , which was not a solution to me, or “ well you need it when you leave, this why i asked if you want a bracelet “ which i already said i do not want one. So again had to ask what CAN I DO , then eventually said i can just pay bit more money to replace it and in that time the man that found my card handed it over and the lady once again could not care less about her job and wanted to take it back after i already said to her it could be mine??? Absolutely horrible experience, what kind of customer service is that.. the pool area was nice and enjoyable however the reception staff needs more training how to communicate nicely...
Read moreWe spent a rainy day in Brașov at the indoor water park, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for the weather. The main area of the park features several indoor pools of varying temperatures and depths, including areas suitable for both adults and children. The water is clean and warm, and the facilities are well-maintained. There are relaxing pools with massage jets, a few small slides for younger kids, and a larger pool where families can swim together comfortably.
What made the experience even better was the additional section on the other side of the park – a separate paid area with a large indoor gymboree and ninja-style obstacle course designed especially for kids. Our children were thrilled! The ninja course included climbing walls, rope swings, and balance challenges, while the gymboree was filled with soft play structures, ball pits, and tunnels. It was the perfect combination of physical activity and fun in a safe indoor environment.
Overall, this place is an ideal destination for a family day out, especially when the weather isn’t great. It kept the kids entertained for hours, and we as parents also got to relax and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommended if you’re in Brașov with children on...
