Went to the light experience. It was an experience. Had to prebook a space, paid £55 for me and my family. So we turned up 10 mins early as was suggested and we got told that we wouldn't be taken on time due to people not adhering to the pre-booked times. One member of staff even told us people weren't even turning up on the right day. So we had to wait about 45 mins with a 1 year old in the cold when we spoke to staff about it we got told it wasn't their fault and they couldn't control when people came in. Finally we got in and the lights were a few coloured spot lights on a tree. You have to walk up a dark slippery path. Santa and the elves were good and they had reindeers which were cool. But certainly not worth the money there are far better Christmas events that you can spend...

The trail was very muddy and no effort had.been made to make the path safer for the amount of walking and standing it was taking over a short period of time mixed with a lot of rain.
