Дом в аварийном состоянии. Балки перекрытия сгнили и по этому надо быть предельно остожным при передвижение по дому. Второй этаж самый красивый, в основном лестничная площадка.Зеркала, лепнина, Вау. На третьем этаже даже какие то бомжи жили

Данная территория принадлежит по документам заводу, охранники не пропускают, зданием никто не занимается, его никто не восстанавливает, никаких экскурсий здесь нет, можно быть друзьями начальства или охранников чтобы попасть туда. Обычный пешеход...
