Beautiful skyscraper but its not allowed to go up for some reason. No one can explain since no one speaks english here. There is only one sleeping security guard behind the door who is saying "no visit" and expelling...

Самый потрясающий музей! Уникальные экспонаты. Прекрасные вежливые сотрудники. Посетили музей бесплатно, как участники мероприятия МГУ, а так билет стоит 800 рублей с экскурсией. Посещение этого музея стоит того))
