Eudovic's Art Studio — Attraction in Castries

If art if your thing, then a visit here is a must. A short tour will take you into the workshop where you will see first hand how a sculpture is started and then to the show room to see finished local handmade pieces on display. Pieces range from small to life size in several depictions to choose from. Larger pieces can be shipped to you if purchased. All pieces are made by renowned local sculptor Vincent Eudovique and his son Jalim who himself is internationally known. Most pieces are done from wood found in St Lucia making then 100% authentic St Lucian. Visit and be mesmerized by quality of the sculptures....

Incredible works of wooden art. Mr. Eudovic's large sculptures are museum quality. We enjoyed meeting him and seeing his stunning collection of sculptures. I have never seen such quality craftsmanship, merits being a national heritage for St. Lucia. We were misled by Google maps. I submitted a correction to Google and hopefully it has been approved by the time you read this review. We visited Eudovic's Studio on an excursion with Celebrity Edge. After brief visit to studio to see an artist at work and many unfinished abstract wood carvings, we moved onto 2 other cottages to see ( or to buy) finished works. We were told that all woodwork is crafted by hand. Beautiful abstracts from 8" talk to 5ft. Also many masques. Very friendly staff who seemed knowledgeable about types of wood.
