What a lovely park. Not only do you get the ruins of an old fort, but also an incredible view after you climb the hills. It is a bit of a challenging climb, and you would benefit from being of good physical fitness before climbing the peaks. That being said I am in my 40s, fat, and out of shape, and I made it. It would have been more pleasant if I had spent a bit of time working out before this trip though. The view from the top is stunning, as you can see all the way to martinique on a clear day. Also clear across St.Lucia to the other side, when on the higher peak. The little museum was interesting to look through. The restaurant on site opened late, and did not have food available for a while after opening, but they were quite friendly and also sold chips, so we survived. Goodness knows why the cruise liners offer trips to Pigeon Island beach, but apparently not to the National Park for an...

I Was totally worth the experience! I got alot of compliments for how amazing the photos turned out to be! The admission was only $10 USD per person! I went there exactly a month ago from today in April 2023! Highly recommended place! If you are staying at the northern hotels in Rodney bay, the cab took $15 USD each way from the hotel to the pigeon island national park. This is a much cheaper option (and you totally don't need a guide) than seen in viator/trip advisor etc for...
