If you have a chance, take a boat from Castries to Soufriere Bay. It is a really unique experience. We managed to tag onto a boat that was part of anniversary micro-brewery event. We also took the local bus there which was fun in itself (though not for the faint of heart, about $2USD) and worth the experience. If you head from the bay up to the south-western side you can follow the coast to some really private beach side. There is also a convenient store right by the water that has amazing...
