Play Kids – Disappointing Experience Despite Good Intentions

I visited Play Kids using a school-issued coupon that said the venue opens at 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t arrive until 1:30 PM, leaving families waiting with no clear communication. The play area is located inside the mall near the food court, but the environment was uncomfortably warm—not air-conditioned as you’d expect for a kids’ zone.

Most of the games were unattended, and when we asked for help, staff kept repeating that employees would only arrive at 4:00 PM. That’s a long wait for children who are already excited and ready to play. The lack of supervision and support made the experience feel chaotic and poorly managed.

It’s a shame because the concept is good, and the location is convenient. But without proper staffing, temperature control, and punctual service, it’s hard to recommend this place—especially for families coming in...

Unsafe to leave your kids and go shopping, the lady responsible on the maze ( المتاهة ) let my 8 years old son go out and ask him to search for his mom in the mall instead of just calling his mother even though my son memories my number ( his father ) and ask her to call his father she ignored him and let him out he was alone scared not knowing where to go. When my wife came to pick the children she was surprised to find my 7 years old daughter without her brother she asked where is my son the lady was rude enough to tell my wife go search for the boy in the mall and kept talking on the phone then shouted on my wife to go search for the boy.

We found the boy after a while but management should be alerted by such irresponsible actions.

This would be the last time i take my kids to safforiland not to mention their high prices and the lack of respect nor the professionalism...
