Bad service !!! I came here want to to pedicure , hair color , and haircut . First they did my nails done it was very good service , she is profesional and really makes me satisfied. And then she does my haircut and blow dry . Her name is maryam … the best !!! Really recomended Everything what she does is truly from inside . She love her job. Lovely personality.

While she is doing my blow hair , another person came to me and want to take over my hair. Which i dont want and its not profesional at ALL !!! How come you stop someone working and it wasnt finish and you want to throwing her to another cust who is waiting for her !!!! First of all its not profesional. I refused to that person ( receptionist want to take over my hair ) I told this girl . i dont want because she ( maryam ) is the one who did my hair . So i want her continue until its finish.

Because there is another customer waiting for her ( maryam ) and cust is saudi woman . so she ( the receptionist )can stop mariam whenever she want ? Ofcourse not ! This is 2022 you cant do that if you want to work as a profesional….

Second drama … I asked the hairstylish ( aya ) and showed her to do my hair . Just highlight my roots and then do the color . She does the test. I didn’t know is she does hair test to all my hair , fully bleach . Not only the roots as i requested and showed her before what she need to do . After that she refused to color my hair . She is recomended me to bleach all my hair which is i dont want . I came here to do highlight roots part and hair color . Why she made another option which i dont want. She is refused because my hair is short she doesnt want to do highlight my roots . It will take time. So she want to do the easiest way . Which fully bleach and will damage my old hair have been bleached many times.

Whatever…. The receptionist told me that this place can do and makes me satisfied for what i wanted. She told me to go to another salon Because the hairstylish (aya) here is not willing do what i wanted.

What a mess !!!!!! How come i came to salon and they are recomended me to do hair color to another place ? Are you kidding me ????? This place better trained that hairstylish and receptionist how to be profesional and open mind ! All of that here my letter review drama that people will choice which person there who really work good. Mostly as foreigner i just dont like the way they did to me …. Not fair Not profesional For my nails , my hair cut , my blow hair is the best part...

I cut my curly hair here before after my friend had recommended it to me and I rlly liked it. I went again to dye and cut it today and it does not look good whatsoever. I didn’t ask for any of this. The haircut is not like the picture and I kept telling her not too short and she said she knew what she was doing. I left unhappy. She kept inserting her own personal opinions and exaggerating the affect of bleach on my virgin black hair. My friend had gone back a week ago and had had the same experience with the same stylist. She said I would regret dying it red and that when I was older I’d regret it? Completely overstepping client boundaries. It was extremely expensive as well. Pretty sure her name was aman or something. She also kept harassing me about leaving a good review and my friend said she didn’t let her leave without writing the review out in front of her....

I dyed my hair with specialist Amal and stylist Ruqayyah. They did amazing, originally I wanted a balayage using a color that would not suit my hair according to the specialist which she explained to me multiple times allowing me to understand why I couldn’t get the results I wanted and helped me choose a color that would fit and I would like. I appreciate her help and I recommend you book with her for real advice. And stylist Ruqayyah did amazing on styling my hair after we finished she curled it beautifully, also would recommend booking with her for a nice hairstyle of any occasion. Definitely will visit back very soon.

Also did my makeup with Yusra and hairstyle with Khadijah eisa they both did perfectly I couldn’t ask for better services. Definitely recommend going to them both when you have an event that you want to...
