For the service and the atmosphere, they’re both quite great, the staff was friendly and the place felt nice.

Overall, the food was not as good as I expected at all, and I didn’t expect a lot to begin with. And you will notice I mentioned blandness a lot, it’s a general thing I noticed in all the dishes.

Also, one thing made me change the rating from 3 to 2 stars, they had Aēsop soap bottles filled with dish soap :/

I will list what we ordered and rate everything individually:

1- honey toast: 4/10 The taste of the honey was a bit weird, with honey toast not any high-quality honey can work, there are specific flavor profiles that complement it. Also, it wasn’t soft nor it was the classic super crunchy, it was somewhere weird in the middle.

2- Kachapuri: 6/10 I don’t know what the problem exactly is, but it tasted a bit bland overall, I had to season it with a generous amount of salt and pepper just to finish it.

3- Egg bacon and cheese sandwich: 6/10 The bacon was not cooked enough, the sauce was a bit bland and the amount of it was unnecessary, I would hope for some more seasoning in the sauce and a little less of it.

4- hash-browns and truffle fries: 6.5/10 Again the same issue with the lack of flavor, they were both nice but a bit bland overall.

5- ricotta pancakes 9/10 The ricotta pancakes saved the meal from being regrettable, they were soft, fluffy, and flavorful for a pancake, I loved...

I feel this place deserves a true review because it can be better.

I made a reservation and the place was empty at the time but the hostess spent a good 5 minutes checking the reservation and which table to seat us in despite the place being empty. She kept on verifying my name and number as if I didnt have a reservation (which I clearly didnt need to).

Other staff were good and quick at servicing the table. They were nice and seemed well educated about the menu.

Food turnover is so fast that the whole meal from appetisers to mains were on the table in 15 minutes… this really affected the cooking time for some of the meals.

The burgers were well undercooked because they came out 5-10 minutes after we ordered and the pizza dough was so chewy (again, undercooked).

There is good flavour development and presentation of majority of the meals.

I personally didn’t enjoy the spicy rigatoni, you couldnt taste anything aside from the onions. The onions were undercooked and tough (felt like the dish was garnished with fresh onions instead of them being cooked in the sauce).

The interior is nice and the place is clean.

Might visit again for breakfast but I won’t be coming again for...

Super mediocre.. honestly nothing to come back for. I’ve ordered their breakfast collab with the chef a couple of times and really like that gathering box. However I came for brunch the other day and didn’t have the best experience. We’d booked two tables in advance 1 for 4 and another for 6 but they made this whole fuss about it and offered us just a 4 seater but then we were able to resolve that although the guy at the front was being difficult don’t understand why. I wouldn’t say anything was necessarily bad (except the ricotta pancakes yikes those were horrible and just taste like egg whites) but there wasn’t anything wow. I got the benedict royale with a side of sliced avocado and bacon. It was pretty good but it’s kinda weird that they put the hollandaise sauce on the side makes the whole think cold and eggs and salmon are not good cold with a thick curdled sauce . We also got the scrambled eggs which I enjoyed. I also really liked their honey toast. We also got an iced spanish latte, flat white, and cortado. Their iced coffee was good but the hot drinks weren’t, I believe they used those fruit flavored coffee beans which I don’t like. Overall the place is okay but nothing worth...
