Giving this place 1 star is considered an overrating. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted with a warm smile, but a 15 minute wait for the staff to finally decide to show up, even tho it was 4 hours past opening time. It is nothing compared to the pictures they post and was in fact one of the most boring experiences ever. After jumping around for a while, we asked if it’s possible to get a refund which they disagreed with, even after we begged them and gave them every excuse known to man, claiming that once they put our entry in their system, they can’t remove it. The staff were very impolite, uncaring and uncanny, besides their suspicious behaviors always luring around our bags. After we gave up on the refund and decided to just leave, they were disagreeing and told us we had 30 minutes left which we had to stay for. What type of trampoline park treats their clients like prisoners? It is completely outrageous that this place is rated 4 stars. If you wish to actually enjoy your time and not waste your money, I would recommend Jump Up or...

Especially for kids that are pretty young which would be around ages 5+ as kids younger than this could get hurt as trampolines are dangerous if you lose your balance. But it is a very fun experience and you get socks from them which are made especially for trampolines to assist in maintaining balance when jumping onto trampolines, but you have to pay an additional price for it separately. They've got a place to eat and other facilitations too so it adds to the experience as a whole but I would say that it is not inexpensive. I believe its 50 sar per hour or something similar. Of course its been a while since I have been there so there could've been multiple changes but it was a fun day from what I remember. I would definitely recommend going there if you have young kids or you have friends who all want to have a fun time which is not at a mall and do something which you do not on a daily, getting out of your comfort zone and doing something new is always exciting. Have fun if you do...
