We had a terrible experience in the end. The Park is really beautiful. I came with my Family. It was really nice😊. We entered through Gate no.1. It was our first time visiting the park, So we didn't know much about it. Everything was literally great except the two staff who were at gate no.5. My kids played in the park until their hearts were fulfilled and we decided that we would take a walk around and see if we had missed any attractions. So we were taking our walk , And while we were at that we met across a sign board which was meant to show the visitors which direction is each attractions , such as Boating, and Birds Garden etc. So we followed the arrow pointed towards 'Birds Garden' on the sign board . After walking for a little while we stopped right in front of a restroom area to ask a staff about where the 'Birds Garden' is. Since I couldn't find anyone , I decided I would ask one of the staffs who were sitting in front of Gate no.5 which was right next to the restroom area we were standing at. When I approached them I realized there were four of them; two staffs who were wearing security uniforms and a Saudi staff who was wearing Saudi traditional clothes and red and white scarf. And one other person who appears to be a Bangali. I asked the Bangali staff : 'where the Birds Garden is?' He was clueless, So I asked him : "don't you know what birds garden is even though you work here?" In a calm Friendly voice. But instead of getting replied The Saudi staff started yelling at me out of nowhere and tried forcing me outside🙄. I told him 'my wife and kids were standing there waiting for me' pointing at my Family who were standing about 2 meters away from me. But he didn't even bother to look and continued forcing me out while yelling at me 😑. When my Family saw the commotion they rushed to my side. When I tried to get to my Family he tried pulling and pushing me outside the gate. When I tried to tell the Bangali staff why were they mad at me when I was simply trying to get directions, he started screaming at me too. So I got angry and I started scolding too. He then asked me 'do you know who he is?' Pointing at the Saudi staff. Later my Daughter told me that when the bangali staff asked me that question, The Saudi staff was standing there with a proud face looking at me as if he was a King or something. 🙄The two security staffs who were very innocent and did not want to get involved in the commotion, gently tried to pull me and Bangali staff aside. They didn't say anything but had a very worried looking face. In the end they didn't let us enjoy the park any more and forced My whole family outside 😥😢. We couldn't see the Birds Garden. After we entered the car , My Daugher told me that one of my three sons was behind me while the two staffs pushing me , And while the Saudi staff pushed me , My son almost fell. Fortunately no one got hurt. My children were very sad since they didn't get to see the Birds 😞😔😥 Everything about the park is great But their dealings with their customers are really bad.😑😖 So my Advice for those of you who are planning on coming here , Please don't ask directions to any staff, instead ask other visitors because they will not kick you out like the staffs who kicked my...

The park lies adjacent to the southern side of Qasr Al-Hukm District. It is also bordered by King Fahd Road in the west, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Street in the north, Salam Street in the east, and Al-A’sha Street in the south. The 253,000-m²park was established over Salam Farm, which was known for its quality palms.
These are the main parts:
The Farm: It forms the northern section of the park and includes the remaining part of the old palm where visitors may enjoy palm shades and choose seating places. This makes the park’s emulation of actual daily life more realistic and gives the visitors freedom of movement.

The lake can hold about 110,000 m3 of water, and its bed is provided with layers of paved clay and insulation materials to preserve water. In addition, all necessary measures and precautions were taken to ensure the continuous flow of water and prevent growth of insects, mosquitos, and bryophytes. These measures include illuminated fountains and pumps that create continuous water current and plantations that limit algae growth. The Lake is divided into two sections; one is for boating, and the other integrates into the surrounding natural environmental system.
The Highlands:These slightly sloping highlands are covered by green grass and occupy the central area of the park. The park is surrounded by a 10-meter-wide circle pedestrian pathway that extends for one kilometre.
Nature Reserve:Located in the southeast section of the park, the reserve protects different types of plants, birds, and animals. The visitors can tour this zone in the company's specialized guides, who inform the visitors about the various elements of the reserve.
