Unfortunately I do not have a good rating here at all. The ladies in this section are very aggressive, loud and service is definitely not their forte. I will be honest with me to an extent they were somewhat polite; however watching the way the dealt with older woman was absolutely painful and not ok. Older woman regardless of the situation should be treated with respect, every single resident or citizen has every right to come and make inquires without being scolded or made to feel uncomfortable & disrespected, this is not acceptable.
Thankfully I dealt with one lady who told me I had to go to the book store beside Dublin donuts as I had more than 3 papers to submit and I had to translate my letter to Arabic which I did. When I went back a week later, the lady at the reception with a very loud voice so the whole waiting area could hear asked me and I quote “who told you about us? Who told you to come here?” I calmly replied “many people advised me to come here & it is well within my right to do so and we’ll within my right to submit my request”. She then shrugged her shoulders and continued to scream at the poor old woman waiting in line next.
In any ordinary case honestly I would intervene & stand up to this horrible behavior but I felt so uncomfortable, I just wanted to submit my papers and get out of there as quickly as possible sadly.
The reason I gave 3 stars was do the security staff from the entrance to the exit. These men were helpful, smiling, gave direction, instruction about the process and timing which the woman in the EMAR section neglected to tell anyone when we inquire. So to the security men I thank you for guiding me through this process and for noticing when I was walking around lost not knowing what to do and an even bigger thank you for looking at my papers and telling me step by step the process and what I need to do. Also for telling me my rights and not to listen to the woman and submit my papers. Thank you 🙏
I hope if anyone from the EMAR reads this, please understand everyone coming there is coming for help, they’re not coming to be screamed at and made to feel worthless. You’ve these section so people can inquire and be guided not to be told to go back to their city and go through the website. Inshallah some changes are made in the treatment of people in the woman’s section, especially of the...
