Beautiful mosque with stunning architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. However, I want to warn fellow visitors about individuals posing as unofficial "guides." During my visit, a man approached, seemed friendly, and started explaining the history of the mosque while offering to take photos. He then asked for a "donation" to the mosque, only to pocket it himself. He complained that the amount wasn’t enough, became upset and then left in a huff. As I was finishing up taking photos, a second person approached, offering a tour after prayer. Not wanting to deal with another hustler, I quickly wrapped up and left. Read moreIts beautiful, the ocean is right nxt to it, sometimes i walk down and sit there with my baby, but over the last 5 yrs, the beach has became a bit on the dirtier side which is a shame because its beautiful, dead fish carcasses lay on the beach , a dead baby shark missing half its body, trash and clothing from probably locals on the shore of the beach was enough for me to back away from the water. It also smells like dead fish blugh, lol, if you walk off to the sides of the beach its not as bad..... Love the fact that locals come here to work out... They dont do that where...
