Ok, so here is the thing: since 2018. pools are for the hotel guests only. Or you can get in but you would have to pay full day pool and wellness and spa entrance, which is pricey. It is 5* hotel after all. But that also means that there is no crowd at the pool, waiting time is non existant and especially before noon aqua park is almost empty.
You also can't bring your own food, but you can buy snacks and meals at the pool restaurant. Prices are mid-range.
I'm not sure about negative comments about the staff, from what I've seen everyone is polite, professional and doing a good job.

You can pay a 60€/pP entry fee to get an entry card, along with one clean towel and a key for a locker, only to find out that you get access to a small pull, filled with hotel guests and day-ticket holders, instead of access to the aqua park.
