National Museum Aranđelovac — Attraction in Arandjelovac Municipality

A wonderful, all-encompassing, native museum. It covers the period from the Paleolithic to modern ceramics. The prehistoric part is connected with the Risovaca cave which is at the entrance to Arandjelovac (you will see the sign) and it is suggested that you visit them together. The ticket is valid for both locations. .the ethnological exhibition with old crafts from Šumadija is extremely interesting. However, the most striking setting on the floor is a contemporary ceramic sculpture. These are works that were created during the 4 decades within the manifestation Marble and Sounds. .by the way, the museum building itself is a work of art in itself, modeled on a traditional Šumadija house. Very nice and interesting place, well organized, the employees are very friendly and helpful. This place tells a story about the city of Aranđelovac through many ages. Muzej u Bukovičkoj banji je jedno od onih mesta koje vas iznenadi svojom toplinom, sadržajem i atmosferom. Iako skroman po veličini, bogat je duhom, istorijom i umetničkim mirom koji se retko gde može osetiti na tako neposredan način.

Već sam ulazak u zgradu nosi neku posebnu tišinu i dostojanstvo. Postavka je pažljivo uređena – od predmeta koji svedoče o istoriji banje i razvoja lečilišta, do umetničkih radova i fotografija koje vam pričaju priču o ovom kraju. Sve je jasno, pristupačno, ali i emotivno – kao da svaka vitrina čuva sećanja, a ne samo eksponate.

Posebno mi se dopalo što muzej povezuje prirodu, umetnost i istoriju – kao ogledalo same Bukovičke banje. Osoblje je bilo veoma ljubazno i spremno da odgovori na svako pitanje, sa istinskom strašću prema svom poslu.

Za svakoga ko dolazi u banju radi odmora, preporučujem da odvoji makar pola sata da uđe u ovaj tihi svet – bićete bogatiji i smireniji...
