This review is specifically for the office front counter staff. The service standard is acceptable efficiency wise, but it was service without a smile, in fact, stone-faced. And it wasn't because they were working under pressure - I was the only one being served.

The middle-aged uncle (his tone was rather unfriendly) and the young girl would really benefit from some customer service training. The office on the whole had a somewhat tense, unfriendly atmosphere.

A nice place for a coffee at the naturally ventilated sheltered space. The indoor hall is well used and host to many activities. It was an amazingly friendly sight. The central courtyard is an open area. Presently there are some building works at the front of the club. There are also well lighted tables for the residents to read newspaper, mostly occupied by the senior citizens who love the tactile feel of the papers.
