Nice experience overall but the whole top level (L5) is all very confusing as the different attractions have different entrances and some of these entrances are dotted between all the public access area restaurants. There are lots of people wandering around confused as to where they need to go for which attraction - just like me. They definitely need better / clearer signage and clear instructions when you book, or a map for visitors to the Canopy park. You also have to queue separately for each attraction. This adds to the time needed to visit - make sure you allow for this. Best option is to come to the Canopy Park Level 5 via the “Lobby E” lifts, then you’ll arrive at the main ticket area and the Canopy Bridge. Note that W henever you buy a “time slot ticket” online, the time indicated is for your visit to the Canopy Bridge - you can enter the Canopy Park at any time (before or after allocated time). I visited at 4pm on a Monday, and I bought a “Bundle 1” ticket as I wanted to enter the Canopy Park and also wanted to do the Mirror Maze and Canopy Bridge - so for a few $ more I could do a few extra things. The Canopy bridge with the glass walkway was terribly disappointing and a waste of time/ money IMHO - the glass floor is not clear - it’s kind of frosted so you don’t get a real sense of walking on glass high up. The Hedge Maze was more of a kiddies attraction but was included in my Bundle 1 ticket. The Mirror Maze was fun and I really enjoyed it and is definitely worth doing. The Manulife Sky Net Walk was popular. But with lots of people sitting/waiting around up in the nets, the space felt crowded. Manulife Sky Nets Bounce/Walk : small lockers are provided for free at the entrance, but they are small (around 30 cm sq.) The Petal Garden is the last attraction in the Park area before exiting- a calm oasis with seating. Summary: It’s definitely worth paying the $5 entrance fee to the Canopy Park - it’s less congested in there and wider spaces, and lots of great view points of the Waterfall at the centre of The Jewel. You can enjoy similar views between the restaurants but they’re very crowded and not relaxing at all. The Jewel Bundles are good value - but make sure you have enough time as you need to navigate the crowds to each attraction, then queue for each one too. It took me almost an hour and I didn’t do everything incl in my Bundle 1 , and I was rushing from one to another. If you’re travelling with small children or want to meander then it will take longer.

I bought a bundle package for my family with older folks (no children). The package included Canopy Park, Canopy Bridge, Mirror Maze, Hedge Maze and Manulife Sky Nets - Walking. DBS gave further discount. Mirror maze was quite an experience but the area of the maze (and Hedge Maze) was not too big so finished quite fast. Canopy Park has few colourful animal for photo taking and the bridge was nearer to the rain vortex for photo taking too and the ground is the see-thru kind. I gave 3 stars because of the Sky Nets - Walking. It is nice looking at the picture but the actual experience was DANGEROUS. I said that because there was no warning about it and I brought my dad who was 80 years old (though still strong) and my sisters at 50s for the experience. First, the ropes were painful stepping on it (even wearing sport shoe) and because of the criss cross, they are not balance (one rope over another) and with the metal knob on the rope, it can be painful if you fell (even by stepping on it). And because we have climbed up half way and realized that it was not as easy, we could not turn back as the slope to go back was difficult now. I only saw one staff on the net and have to ask her to help my father and my sis to walk out. And I am with my other sis who were struggling to walk out too. And some people jumped on the net too which not supposed to... As I did not have covered shoe, the shoe they provided was loose and thin and kept coming out, and made it more painful to walk. They should not write "cover shoe is recommended" but compulsory, so that I would wear the right shoe. The organization should consider the danger and give warning, better instruction (in attire) and age limit for the walk, and have more staff on the net than just one. I could not imagine what will happen if my dad, or sis or myself fell.
