A serene stay in a quite, away from city place. Ideal for staycation to be away from bustling traffic, noise and city. Night šŸŒ‰ times may be very lonely if your are alone as roads will be empty and this property is also not very busy. Bus shuttle services are available from this place on time to time basis to MRT. Car park slots are free for staying guests. Every time you take your car out, we need to get the free exit pass in order to avoid being charged by the parking space. Very close to beach ā›±ļø, you may walk and explore. I stayed here for 3 nights after reaching SG. Morning breakfast šŸ³ here is complementary where you may find soup/porridge, pao, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage 🌭, rice, bakery items ( bread, muffin 🧁, croissant etc), fresh juice, eggs, cut fruits, veggies, yogurts. All rooms are air conditioned with a coffee machine and television, television can be better. Since the building is on a hilly region you may need to take 2 elevators and walk quite a lot to reach your room. Initially you may get confused. Close to this place there are few hawker places and food court if you want to go out and explore (may be 1Kms away). The restaurant here closes by 21:00. For swimming 🄽 pool you should get a pass from the reception and go to the civil service club which will be open from 08:00 hours to 19:00 hours.

A hotel 15 minutes or less from Changing Airport. We stayed here for 1 night since we had transit and a layover of 12 hours in Singapore. We arrived around 5 minutes to 1800 if i’m not mistaken and the staff (Rahayu) was really helpful. She guided and accommodated as well into the hotel, and she helped us book our taxi for the next day and even informed us we could collect our free breakfast at the reception early morning since we booked a taxi at 05:30. The place is really tidy and quiet. There’s a linkway going to the rooms. Lots of rooms and it has a large tree in the middle. The rooms were also clean and had a unique feature where you could doodle the walls. Although early morning, when you go outside there’s a bit of smell, probably from the plants outside. Nothing serious though. The free breakfast was a cheese sandwich and it was really delicious, was wondering what cheese they used šŸ˜… they also included an apple, yoghurt a tissue and a disposable spoon. We’re pleased with our stay in Changi Cove.

Had a pleasant stay at Changi Cove! The hotel offers a great view of nature, which makes it a peaceful and relaxing escape from the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a large mirror, hair dryer, and a locker. You can also request additional shampoo, body wash, and bottled water anytime, which is a nice touch. The TV comes with YouTube and Netflix, so there’s plenty of entertainment during your downtime. Shoutout to the friendly Filipina staff at the information desk—she was very warm and helpful! It’s also a great value for money considering the comfort and service. Presence of AED is a plus for me. A couple of downsides: • It’s quite far from the Merlion and central attractions, so factor in extra travel time. • No toilet bidet, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, a quiet and cozy stay—ideal if you’re looking to unwind in a more tranquil part of Singapore.

My stay at Changi Cove was disappointing, with it being a "4-star hotel." I was greeted by a staff at the reception - not the warmest reception I've had, but I wouldn't call them rude.

The service got more and more disappointing as my stay went on, starting with when I called for ice. There is no concierge in this hotel, and you'd have to collect it at the restaurant which is at the reception area. My friend who collected it, looking slightly more brazed than the usual locals, was given a Tupperware with ice in it. I was gobsmacked. I decided to collect the ice later that night, and I was given an ice bucket with tongs, as well as plates and utensils as requested. The difference in service was questionable.

I still wonder about how this place was 4-stars when there is no concierge so nothing was delivered to the room, the service was sub-par and the room was completely average. It is a walk from the reception counter to the rooms so it was very troublesome to continuously walk to and fro to collect any requested items.

Breakfast was the best experience out of my staycation in this hotel. Not that it was amazing, but it was good enough. It was a buffet spread with a cook to make your eggs how you like them. It has all the basics of a breakfast buffet, but nothing really stood out for me.

The most bitter part of my stay was when we had to check out, and I had to leave earlier due to an appointment. The reception demanded payment for my room upgrade (in which, there is not much difference than my friends in the other room) when I had alrdy put a deposit during check-in. My friend had to fork out from his own pocket to check out, and no explanation was given. I called the front desk afterwards to ask for an explanation, and they barely gave any. There were no apologies given, no empathy in their responses - only AI-like responses that that was their protocol.

It was a disappointing stay in which my friends and I were looking forward to, and I honestly felt like I wasted money going to this accommodation - it was not a "4-star" experience, and it wasn't any good either. Some of my experiences at certain capsule pods and hostels had much, much better service and...

Tiny Singapore never fails to impress me with its unique combination of hugely crowded modern high rise office building /Hdb /condominium and seemingly uninhabited forests. And Changi Cove hotel is an example of this feature of Singapore.

Stayed here for one night.

Its surroundings are quiet. Come here if you want to avoid crowds. Not many guests in the hotel during my stay. Room is clean, though not luxurious. One part of the wall you can draw and write using provided markers. My kid loves it so much. Dinner and buffet at the only restaurant are decent and reasonably priced.

Outside the hotel is Changi boardwalk, where I can take a walk along the beach facing Palau Ubin. Interesting to see many sailing boats sharing the same narrow water with really big container ships. I won't say the beach is beautiful, but it definitely is relaxing and winds you down.

Opposite to the hotel is this Changi Beach Club. Some facilities like swimming pool and tennis courts are there. The hotel itself has no swimming pool, but hotel guests can use the Club's pool (no charge). The pool is good, and only sparsely populated when I was there.

The Club has also a seafood restaurant, which is supposed to give you a good sunset view during dinner. I didn't go there though.

If you are this people that really cannot live without hawker center food, you can take bus 29 near the hotel and visit Changi Village. It is 5min bus ride, staring from a really ulu ulu place to a typical Singapore hawker center.

The hotel has a guest lounge, which I didn't have a chance to go see. Might worth a visit.

Overall I like and recommend this hotel.

Something not good of this hotel : From the lobby to any guest room, you need to go through a link building and a lift. It is not a long walk (less than 5min), but why we cannot have the lobby in the same building as guest room? ā€Žthe Nestle coffee machine is a bit dusty in my room. Maybe previous guests don't like the capsule coffee and never use? The water kettle also looks like not-in-use for a long time. Maintainance of these ones can...
