RACISM ALERT!
I've lived in SG as an expat for almost 7 years, and as my house is nearby and my husband is Dutch, I've visited this shop multiple times. Today, I went there with my hubby around 2:15 PM, standing behind him in the queue. While waiting, I attempted to move to the other side of my husband to browse some cookies and other items. And there’s nobody standing behind me. However, the Asian middle-aged boss lady with glasses yelled at me, saying, 'The queue is over there, not here!' Of course, I know that; I only went there to check out other items! I am 10000% sure that if I were an 'angmo'—a white lady or gentleman—she wouldn't dare to speak to me in such a rude manner. FYI, I am Korean.
She consistently blocked the narrow hall in the store, causing inconvenience to clients and the queue. Manage groceries when clients are not in the store, for God's sake! Thanks to the developed IT world we live in, we can order all Dutch and German foods from other online stores. I will not support this rude shop ever again. What the Hxxx - LEARN...

Felt a bit forced to buy it and then of course upon opening and eating it it's definitely out of date!! I went the extra length to contact the company that manufacturer the chips their best before date format and can safely confirm it is DDMMYY and not YYMMDD as the shop keepers claimed. I ordered a .75cl bottle of schnapps and got a .70cl bottle. I pointed this out and asked for credit of the difference (amounting to $7), assuming I’d buy more product and spend more money at the store. Their CS agent Candy told me I had to assume the loss for their mistake, and initially blamed the website, saying “The 75cl has discontinued, and the new shipment is all at 70cl. Therefore we will not issue a credit non require you to top up the difference.”
In the end they agreed to a refund, but it’s odious having to argue for it. I reckon not spending more money there might be the...
