Pros:

The main best fact about this waterpark is that it is indoors, my skin burns under direct sunlight so it was great that I finally didn’t have to put on sunscreen and worry about my skin.

The staff are leaning towards kind and understanding, not super strict.

This park was built more towards children and family, if you are a thrill seeker and tall like me (192 cm) this waterpark is most likely not for you.

I like how they combined the concepts of high elements and water, the high elements I would say is quite fun.

I played Captain’s Ball and it was insanely fun especially because I was tall, but it only happened once, they should utilise the pool with more activities.

Cons

This is the biggest con, there is so little variety of slides. Two slides, a “level two” section, and a pool, that’s it. It’s honestly made for people who don’t mind the little variety.

The ticket is $30+, which I personally think is overpriced, I would say it’s worth more $15-20 instead. Quite expensive, so if you prefer thrill seeking I would still recommend you go WWW.

The high elements harness tend to be very rusty, if you rub your eyes instinctively or touch any wounds high chance you would get an infection of tetanus.

Imagine you came out of salty water, sweating, freezing, and you climbed a rope section that has mold and other people’s sweat and dirt. Not really hygienic in my opinion.

The “level two” section consists of the high elements, a rope section with elements, and a rock climbing section. The thing is they’re small and the rope climbing is really tight for people who are bigger and tall like me (192 cm), the elements was obviously designed for little children, so I understand that.

They should have more activities in the pool, maybe they could...

Incredible and extraordinary indoor water playground for both kids and adults..but kids need to be certain heights and weight in order to enjoy the full 5 section. (Abv 125cm and 30kg++)

One of the section is the scramble nets that has it balancing challenge but worth sweating for especially when below is just the pool where you can dip and swim afterwards. A great way to test your muscles/brain coordination with balancing included..

They have 2 slides (with float and without float) and they have their own float...but you definitely need to climb the stairs for those awesome slides.

Love the fact they have indoor ball water games for guest to join and play together with other guest.

A great way to interact, have fun among families and people of all ages (except babies and toddlers or kindergarten.. Lol)

Best part is, not only they allowed re-entry for whole opening hours, they even have heater for the shower rooms when you change! 😜

Price is very affordable I would say since adventure cove and USS is consider expensive to me. Lol.

Only the distance to me is very far since I'm staying west and to go over to east side is like.... 😿

But definitely worth coming once a month or few months once especially when it during hot weather in sg.

Ps: book online to make your life easier since have indemnity...

Came here for a staff retreat, the AA staff were very patient in explaining the different obstacles and facilities.

I tried the high elements, and speaking as someone who’s deathly afraid of heights, Harnisya and Baiduri were a comforting presence and made sure I knew to prop myself back up when I felt afraid/slipped off the course.

Galen and Yanty brought us through the rock climbing and guided us in learning how to descent, which was quite frankly scarier than one would think…!! Had to trust them and let go of the rocks. A leap of faith for sure (or maybe a graceful descent haha).

The rest of the staff as well as Aqilah facilitated the staff games and descent down the water slides very professionally and ensured that all players were safe.

The team was very friendly and made sure everyone was competitive and participative, but also safe. Though they look young, they are super experienced and I would definitely love to engage their hospitality again in future as an individual patron.

Thanks to the team for their time! Would recommend booking for staff events, I think everyone had a lot of fun! =)

P.S. the playlist was firee helped me through the obstacle...

Not bad, though if it's crowded, may be slow moving, but just be patient and wait for the staff lah. My kids love the rock climbing and obstacle course. Staff were patient and nice and were very safety conscious which is good. Many thanks to the ladies who attended to us like Christina and Kelly. They were lovely, polite and smiley, made the whole experience very nice. ❤️
