Hougang — Attraction in Singapore

Location wise is good, just opposite Hougang Central Bus Interchange.Just very short walk away is Hougang Mall , Kangkar Mall, UOB Bank, OCBC Bank, POSB Bank,many Atms around, Post Office & Libary ( both in Hougang Mall ),Foodcourts ( 1 at level 4 Hougang Mall & 1 at Kangkar Mall(opens 24 hrs) ),2 Ntuc super mart ( 1 at level B1 Hougang Mall & 1 at Kangkar Mall level 1 & 2 ( opens 24 hrs ) )and coffeeshops and many other eateries and many shops of different diversities, clinics, hair/beauty salons,etc.With so many amenities around one gets alot of conveniencies. Just 10 mins ago, I tapped out of the train just to realise that I had used the wrong bank card. I then went to the passenger service counter to enquire. The reply from the station staff was that I had to download an app and get refund from there. I asked him how to go about it. His reply was rude and he was not willing to help. Basically, what I gather from his reply was, - this is not my problem. Call simply go hotline to enquire more. Just felt that it was extremely rude and quite unprofessional. Helloride & Anywheel bicycle-sharing were irresponsible parking which caused inconvenience for others. LTA SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE IRRESPONSIBLE RIDERS‼️ I took a lot of these irresponsible parking @Hougang MRT Stn bicycle parking bay with my Samsung Z4 fold(hung after rebooting).
