I booked a badminton court for 7am, but the officers just came and open the court by 7.05 (when we are supposed to enter by 6.50). We were then asked to empty the court by 7.50 as per normal procedure without being compensated even though the officers were late in the first place. The new players already entered the court immediately at 7.50.
Basically we only played for 40 minutes for a court we booked for 1 hour. And the management doesnt even take any responsibility for their fault and just treated us unfairly.
