Really appreciate how efficient the process was. The morning after I ordered a WhatsApp was sent to establish contact for my dday about 5 days later.

Price point was very decent too when I was comparing to other sellers for live rose bouquet. Couldn't find similar prices for 33 roses with fairy lights and delivery. Nice 10% first timer discount too.

On the day itself I received my 33rose+fairy light bouquet within stated timeframe (about 4.30pm) straight at the hotel and it was beautiful: roses were very fresh, fairy light add on was very nicely placed (can toggle between fast flash/slow flash/still) and card was nicely written (pretty handwriting and font). Flowers could be kept for about 2-3 days since it had a waterbag, suited my needs. I was also given additional instruction on how to care for the flowers. Only would have liked if they could message me in the morning itself so at least I know I wasn't forgotten haha.
