Water fountain that allow kids to have fun playing with water. This water is recycled and reuse from the reservoir itself. It consists of a wading stream, a central fountain area and two water spouts. It's opening time is usually from 9am onwards daily. Is not exactly a park or playground but is really fun for the kids to dash into the fountain and best of all is no entrance fee. There is also a nearby toilet.

Among the lesser known reservoirs in Singapore, Lower Seletar Reservoir is unique as there is a MRT line that runs along the Western end of the reservoir and on the southern end you have a view of the SingTel Seletar Satellite Earth Station. Unlike the older Upper Seletar Reservoir which was built in the 1940s, Lower Seletar Reservoir was only completed in 1986 through the damming of Sungei Seletar.
