Watsons (The Seletar Mall) - Click & Collect — Attraction in Singapore

Greetings Watsons Seletar Mall Team,

I would like to compliment Ms Kia and her team of being proactive, while I was in store few days ago. I was looking for old packaging Pure’n Soft pantry liners which were not being displayed on shelves due to out of stock.

Ms Kia and team were knowledgeable on their fresh products and brought out for me. Great deal of buy 1+1. Moreover, there were FOC samples given for different types of sanitary napkins to try which I really appreciated. Please refer to first image. I usually buy other brands panty liners at Watsons too.

Love their team’s spirits on how they make their customers happy. I’ll definitely revisit again.

Went in just to get xmas gifts and i just walk in n was bombarded with personal questions by an aunty staff. 'Ur daughter ah?' I said yes. 'Eh ur husband from where one huh? Is it Europe ah?' Went to Seletar Mall Watsons to get 2 packets of pad. Self check out but accidentally scanned 3 packets instead of 2, walked over to the Watsons malay staff wearing head scarf told her politely that i double scanned.
