Woodlands Sport Centre — Attraction in Singapore

This is a fairly well-equipped gym for a good price whenever I return to the country for a visit.

For $40 (off-peak hours) , I am able to use the gym for six months between opening hours (7am or 8:30am) till 4pm Monday through Friday.

Off-peak works well for my flexible schedule when in town and even my elderly mother got in on it with her Pioneer Generation incentives.

The recent improvement (late 2018) made to the facility, the space is much more open with a brand new set of machines and free weights.

I do miss having the cable machines and had to alter my workout routine with more free weights.

It does get crowded during off-peak hours but people are generally courteous without hoarding one area...

Woodlands activesg is kinda of like a sports hub where u can do quite alot of physical activity over there. Swimming pool - there 3 kind of pools. 1. Kids pool which include a sides for your kids to play with. 2. Medium pool where the max height will be 1m for novice swimmer and there a spa pool for people who like to chill. And last but not list , 3. Big pool which is around 2m deep. Specially for advance swimmer. Indoor courts for badminton. And lastly there a gym located outside of swimming complex. Price...

This stadium is equipped with a standard running track, soccer field and toilet facility. It also have a fitness corner to allow more exercise options. In the event of bad weather, the spectator stand is also spacious enough for a little running and fitness activities.
