I realize I may be right now one of the few people giving low rating - it's mainly because of the attitude of the staff (several people at the cash desk) and the company towards us/customers:
we paid 21 EUR for 1 adult and 1 child (6+ years), and we ended up buying socks for 7 EUR/a pair as we definitely didn't want to walk around in Tricklandia barefoot (it was summertime so we didn't wear socks). When we were leaving to take our shoes, I noticed there was a box with free nylon socks. I mentioned it to the staff that it'd have been nice if they told us we could use these free socks - not much care from their side.
We wanted to see the various illusion pictures in the interactive mode which was the main point for a good portion of the scenes, however, when downloading the app on my phone (Android), it didn't work and the staff then confirmed it doesn't work on Android. In one section, a person from the staff did lend us an ipad to watch the illusion pics though, which was helpful. I asked if it'll all work perhaps next time we come in the future, the reply wasn't very positive as it's "Android's fault". However, they didn't warn us before purchasing the tickets about this, neither did we get anything to make up our experience in some way.
If I'd "forget" the above two issues, it was ok and I'd welcome to see fewer illusions built around taking photos/using a cell phone, better guidance what to do, and more interesting illusions. However, I like the idea and the...
Read moreWe booked for 11:30, but due to heavy traffic arrived late by 20 minutes,. There was absolutely no problem with that, we even could leave a chip we paid for for my husband at the reception, who arrived after us, searching for parking place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is kept not crowded, plenty of time and room to take pictures or videos, I was positively surprised. The antigravity chamber is excellent. Many tricks with photos of suggested positions to take. Also for some, there are trick effects added when you download their app on android or iphone. Doesnt work on windows phones. At the entrance, you have to take your shoes and coats off and all the rules are...
Read moreA bit of a lame experience to be honest. Maybe with kids it'd be better. The fact that the app, which helps with bringing the illusions alive, didn't work on or phones (it says only android 11 or below, but didn't work on my android 11 phone) was an extra bummer. Also, visiting with only 2 people results in not being able to try some of the illusions because you need 2 people and somebody taking the picture. The price of 13 euro per adult, coupled with having the hardest time finding parking in the area and then paying 2-3 euro's per hour for it just feels like an enourmous waste of money. Would never ever visit again or recommend...
