The day started of well but ended very badly. We ended up leaving way before we wanted to and did not get good value for our money out of this experience.
Children who did not have the ability to play without supervision were left unattended by their parents. My son was grabbed and pulled by the arms in the toddler play area by a child that was older than the aged allowed in that section. We then decided to rather go outside as there is more playing areas and we quickly came to regret that decision. My son was pushed of the ladder on the jungle gym. Bumped his head on the steal platform and went home with a massive bump on his forehead. The other parents just said that their son doesn't have the ability to understand and play properly with other children. However they sat very far away and did their own thing while we saw him pushing, climbing and running over other children not just our son. We supervised our son the whole time as he is small and needs assistance, but unfortunately we were unable to reach that part of the jungle gym.
One good experience we had, was that we lost our wallet and made piece that it was gone. We reported it and gave our contact details to the park manager who phoned us later that day that they had found our wallet. To our surprise everything was still in the wallet and nothing was stolen. We had one good ending to this day.

Read moreVery disappointing. The splash pool water is dirty, when you wait by the water slide it literally smells like urine. Staff are scared to regulate the line at the water slide when children cut in in numbers. I was a customer but I had to do the staff's job for them because they are too scared. The bike pedal area is unorganised and children literally ride into random bike pedal vehicles because they are parked on the course that the children ride on.
Tips for the playpark: Ensure that you practice proper hygiene, make your staff to their job properly, and ensure that you are organized.
Additional tip: Take negative feedback seriously and use it to better your playpark. I've read some of the responses to negative feedback that customer give about your playpark. All the responses display arrogance, isn't customer focused, and indicates that you don't view those comments seriously. So to whoever manages the response, take your head out of the clouds, take the chip off your shoulder, and accept the fact that your established is the furthers thing from perfect. That I can assure you off. Your response to negative feedback matches what your playpark is............. disgusting...
