The kids had fun which was amazing, however, the problem is the staff. The staff are highly untrained in child safety. Many kids were jumping on top of eachother while the staff did absolutely nothing about it. It was chaotic, no order. My 4 year old nephew jumped off one of their castles and landed on his neck. Thank goodness he was alright but there were no staff to explain the rules beforehand, and parents aren't always aware of the dangers because of course, "its just a jumping castle." Of course none of the staff knew that a kid could have broken his neck because no one was there like they should've been.

After this experience, we bought my sisters kids some chips and had to split the Styrofoam container to avoid making a mess. The kids couldn't finish all the Chips so we asked a male staff member if we could have a another container because their portions are NOT kid friendly. The man was rude about it and said she couldn't have a doggybag/container. And in the end we had to throw all the food away. What a waste.

Until they can fix their staff problem, I would NOT recommend this place.

Edit: Bounce world has reviews dating back up to SIX years ago on the bad staff service. And still nothing has been done? Instead if the generic "email so we can help you" response, I suggest you train your staff for the sake of the children and their families that visit...

We were there on Saturday 20 April as part of a child's birthday celebration. The kids really enjoyed themselves - high energy, high octane fun. The ending, however, spoiled the entire experience.

At 6PM we were told by the attendants that time is up and we need to get the kids out. At that time my daughter and another friend were in the tunnel/maze inflatable. They're 4 years old so of course needed some convincing. However I also noted that the machines had been switched off, so the equipment was deflating. With children inside. 4 year old children. At this point it was 6:01PM. This is a potential suffocation hazard. With the help of 1 attendant I managed to take my daughter and the other child out, but injured myself in the process.

When I raised this with the attendants I was told "oh we thought all the children had left."

I understand that at 6PM you want people to leave so you can close up and leave. However, if this is the way you do it then this is a disaster waiting to happen. Some child will one day be killed. This is completely unacceptable and left a truly bad taste in my mouth.

Surely safety should be of utmost importance. This incident did not leave me feeling...

Unfortunately, I noticed that they don't respect the age allowed for this playground. The website and the playgroud Rules state that "Bounce World is suitable for children from 1-9 years of age" kids older than 9y are not allowed. But my 5 year old got bullied by a 11 years old kid who pulled him from his feet to the ground while my son was climbing a high obstacle and than chased him around the area trying to hurt him without any of the staff noticing, luckily I was watching and I ran after them to try and save my son. When I spoke to the 11 years old boy why he did that, he said: "I am a big brother and i have to punish him because my son was climbing on the same obstacle that his sister (8years old) was on." Kids fights but an 11yo boy (who is not supposed to be there based on the rules) bullying a 5yo boy is unacceptable. God knows what would have happened to my son if I wasn't there watching. The staff is very nice and friendly but it's sad that they were not watching the kids properly, maybe because it was the last hour on a Saturday. Overall, my son really enjoyed this place, but he is a bit traumatized after what happened. And that kid's behavior was unacceptable.

We recently visited Bounce World for a kids birthday party and I can honestly say the kids were entertained. The massive indoor play area is perfect for kids aged 1 to 9 with a wide variety of "jumping-castle" and soft-play activities spread around. What I liked was that the activities really cater for the different age groups and there are a number of child minders around the place, making sure the kids play safely and have fun. For the kids party the parents booked one of the rooms next to the play area where the kids could come and go, grabbing something to eat and drink while taking a breather. There is also a tuck shop where the adults could grab some coffee, snacks and soft drinks. We visited on a cold and rainy day and inside it was nice and warm, so a great option if you also just want to keep the kids entertained. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle was finding parking, but overall we had a good time and my daughter of 3 loved it.
