I received extremely disappointing and unprofessional management on the repair of my jacuzzi, supposedly a one day job.

Thank you for carefully not addressing the most relevant facts here:
And by the way, the first day they arrived at 9:30 and left just after 2:00. Is that a day's job in your world? When you ignore my emails, leave me with a job half complete, do not return my emails, yes, you are unprofessional, full of excuses, and not doing what you promised. My 75% upfront deposit was paid on 24 January 2020. Today is 12 February 2020. You started off by reneging on the commencement rate, started a week later, left a half-completed job without completing a full day's work. I then cannot get out of you when you plan to complete the job ... and here we are some 20 days later ... Which part of this do you consider to be professional management?
From day one you messed me around, and now you are paying dearly for it. I stand by my statements. This was shameful unprofessional management. You would do good to remember that EVERY client is important and there are only so many excuses any one person can stomach.

The product is probably superior to anything else on the market in SA, but there are still glaring flaws will little to no interest from the head office to do some basic R&D and improvements. Some issues: System loses time when power goes off. Loadshedding makes this a huge mission, which could be solved by a simple battery UPS on the controller. The drain process is not simple and it is impossible to get all the water and dirt out. A simple lowered drain point in the design would solve this. I at least convinced them to plumb a drain pipe to an outlet, this is not standard, draining is a nightmare without this. The side panel which one needs to remove to drain is cumbersome and could be made so much easier to open and close. A great product which could be still be improved to make it easy to maintain, especially in guesthouse applications where an expert is not always available. When I asked to address this with the CEO - I was told nobody new how to contact her when she is out of the office and or who she was. She was not referred to by name. Very disappointed with this level of service especially so given the high service levels when purchasing the jacuzzi from them. The arrogance displayed on a telephonic enquiry was beyond my understanding - obviously business is booming and they don't need to look after existing clients. UPDATE
