I've live in Gillitts for.many, many years and, until recently, never knew about Iphithi reserve. While it is small it is very pretty with a lake, a number of paths, lots of trees and well maintained. You can only run some where near 3kms without repeating some of what you have already done but still well worth a visit if you live or are in the area. Access is via a gate that you open via Zapper. The trails and infrastructure are maintained by the local Gillitts Conservancy, and you can contribute to their efforts via Zapper payment using the QR code at the gate. This area is great for hikes or walks (or some careful trailing running - a lot of little roots and squishy patches of mud when it rains) and is hassle free to enter and exit (an introverts dream).
